I found the location provided convenient access to restaurants and bars. The hotel breakfast offered good variety. The pool was a welcome feature after a long day.
The check-in process was slow. I noticed a musty odor in the hallway on my floor. The elevators were often crowded, so waits were long.

Inconsistent stay. Some issues surfaced
small room size noisy air conditioning
The room size felt smaller than expected. It was a beautiful room. this was a bit disappointing, especially after seeing photos online. also, the air conditioning made a strange noise all night, which really disrupted my sleep, i complained but nothing happened. it sounded like a constant buzzing. the location was not central, it was a bit far from the main attractions.

i had a grand beautiful double room it featured a spacious bathroom the room also had a desk for working. the reception staff was always accommodating i especially appreciated gift who always had a nice smile.
the breakfast area got a little chaotic after 9am.

The hotel provided complimentary water bottles each day. My room had a jacuzzi. It was a nice size. I also found the location convenient. Nana station was a short walk away. The nightlife was very accessible.
The lift had a long waiting time.

Excellent Stay and Service
luxurious lounge polite staff convenient location extra wide bed
The hotel lounge felt luxurious, easily comparable to a 5-star hotel. All the staff members were very polite and helpful throughout my stay. I appreciated the convenient location with easy access to shops and the Nana BTS station (it made getting around simple). I also got an upgrade to a room with an extra-wide bed, which enhanced my comfort.
The elevators were noticeably slow, especially considering the building's size.

The Grand Beautiful Pool View room was spacious, with a separate seating area and a well-stocked minibar. The bathroom included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower (I really appreciated that). Daily housekeeping ensured a consistently clean and tidy environment.

The breakfast buffet offered a wide selection of both Western and Asian dishes. The M Bar provided a relaxing atmosphere with a variety of cocktails and light snacks (their happy hour was a good deal). Room service was prompt and efficient.
